My primary philosophy uses a humanistic, embodied approach to somatic psychology. Using developmental based theories, I focus on healing from the inside out. Increasing positive self-awareness motivates the individual to investigate soulful changes that produce more joy and satisfaction in their everyday life. I continue to see adults, for both assessment and treatment of anxiety, depression, and other life cycle challenges.
