People struggling with self-esteem issues, communication issues, situational hardships, or family tensions that have impacted their overall well-being. With the goal to decrease the inner turmoil and restore harmony to improve the overall relationship to their Self and others. For example goals include: exploring effective strategies to navigate conflicts, and building a stronger, more supportive relationship to the Self and others.
