As a NY State licensed Psychologist I provide psychotherapy to adults, couples, and families. As a practitioner for over 25 years, my work is psychodynamic whereby I strive to understand why one has come into therapy; why they are looking for help, and ways to alleviate their distress and provide relief going forward. This can be difficult so my nonjudgmental focus is on exploring, understanding, and empathizing with each unique situation and accompanying feelings. I work within the theoretical framework of Object Relations exploring relationships with support and empathy allowing relief and change to proceed.
