My practice is client centered, anti-oppressive, and trauma informed in order to address the individual strengths and challenges of each client, as well as the systems we engage with that have deep internal impacts. I will offer non-judgemental insight in order to clarify and challenge limiting beliefs and patterns, and generate insight and progress. I am passionate about building a warm and safe environment that encourages curiosity, vulnerability, and change. Working together will be truly collaborative and rooted in the belief that “you know yourself best”. I provide support for individuals struggling with general mental health concerns, life transitions, grief and loss, relationship and familial conflict, and identity and self worth.
