Hi there, I'm Charlotte! I'm a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience. I work with populations that include: adults struggling with depression, anxiety, or adjustment disorders. I have expertise working with LGBTQ and transgender populations. I utilize cognitive/behavioral techniques and mindfulness practices. I have also worked with shamans, medicine men/women, and energy healers over the years, and I incorporate what I have learned into my practice.
