As a psychotherapist in private practice, and Clinical Director of a therpaeutic agency, I bring a depth of expertise to my work that has been sharpened by 20 years of clinical experience. The cornerstone of my therapeutic work is to help people become fully present in the Here and Now, free from dysfunctional roles, psychological distortions, and trauma. To help clients rest into this connection with themselves and their environment I use a variety of modalities including Psychanalytic Relational Self Psychology, Spiritual Psychology, Focusing, and EMDR. I work with individuals, couples, families, groups, and lead workshops, teach, and supervise internationally.
