Are you ever sitting in doubt about your ability to handle life’s demands while simultaneously being able to trust that “it’ll be all OK?” Whether it’s career despair, too many financial demands, a relationship, a breakup, a diagnosis, parenting, your family’s wellbeing, doing life “right” by societal standard, where you’re meant to live, the fate of your current relationship, etc- the uncertainty of what’s ahead is often all consuming. The gap of what is and what will be is often perceived as very scary terrain. Proper navigation requires skill for internal resilience to take hold amongst the chaos of our angst.
