I work with young adults and adults to find relief from anxiety, heal from trauma, and navigate life transitions. I also support clients facing depression, relationship challenges, and co-occurring mental health concerns—helping them build self-awareness and balance. I provide individual and couples counseling at our Naperville and Lemont offices. As a queer, LGBTQ+ affirming therapist, I bring authenticity and understanding to my work so clients can feel safe being their full selves. My trauma-informed approach helps unpack experiences that may have been minimized or misunderstood.
