My ideal clients have recently experienced a traumatic event(s) and need a safe, supportive, and knowledgeable environment to process and heal. I guide clients through this stage by helping regulate the nervous system and stabilize and adjust life to prioritize functionality through symptoms. I help clients process their trauma deeply, appropriately, and safely using evidence-based trauma treatments, including EMDR.
