I am a depth oriented psychotherapist specializing in trauma, ancestral healing, and somatic therapy. While you may be experiencing anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, or insomnia, these are all symptoms. I work with you to heal what’s causing your distress, dis-ease. When the body, heart, mind, soul and spirit are not aligned, we suffer. We will work using a variety of approaches depending on what needs the most tending and care, always with compassion and a pace that is safe and allows for long term healing, integration, and nervous system regulation, allowing your natural rhythm to return.
