Hi! I’m Charlotte. I support people of all ages working through anxiety, OCD, tics, and more. In therapy, I highly value relationships, collaboration, mindfulness, and transparency. While I typically work from the frameworks of acceptance and commitment therapy, exposure and response prevention, as well as person-centered therapy, I also value flexibility and creativity in my practice to serve the unique needs of my clients.
