Hi there, I am Charly. As a clinical therapist, I want to offer emotional and counseling support to assist anyone in need or distress. Most people tend to suffer silently in their heads, often without realizing that they are doing the best they can trying to cope with some deep internal pain or heartache. This emotional pain we suffer, according to one school of Therapy, ACT, is due to conflicting internal realities and our brain's survival mode functioning based on "Fear and Anger" as the ruling emotions. I follow an eclectic approach to therapy, drawing from academic learning, experiential knowledge, and over 30 years of practicing experience using evidence-based treatment modalities based on scientific literature and up-to-date neuroscience research.
