Life isnt always sunshine and roses. Emotions like guilt, shame, anxiety, sadness, confusion, or fear can arise during difficult times or for no "apparent" reason. It can feel like you're at the bottom of Everest staring up paralyzed. No tools and no way to see yourself getting to the top. Ive had more than my fare share of those moments myself. Ive also watched my clients daily receive the power healing. You can too. I would like to show you that everyday life can stop feeling like a dreadful chore too. I specialize in anxiety, trauma, abuse and neglect, relationship distress, depression, life stressors, grief and loss, ADHD, PTSD, domestic violence. I also specialize and frequently with adults who are veterans and first responders.
