“Helping Adults and Children Overcome Anxiety, Stress & Life Transitions” my clients' goals is key. When life becomes challenging, we can experience feelings like despair, hopelessness, anxiety, and uncertainty. Many of these emotions can bring up a sense of fear and a lack of direction. These emotions often leave people asking, "Will I ever feel whole or better again? Do I even belong" The answer is, YES, you can, you do and YES, you will! Therapy can help you navigate through difficult times and transitions with excellent results. My work with clients has a focus on building resilience and self-compassion in a judgement free zone I use various approaches and integrate a myriad of modalities. With a focus on CBT, I stay aligned with a holistic, empathic approach.I support clients in multiple ways, such as goal setting, identifying challenging behavior patterns, and addressing trauma.
