About

I am licensed in both California and Tennessee. My passion is working with women, I believe that we all need a space to be ourselves, without judgement, prejudice, shame or guilt. We cannot do this life alone, we all need support and "our person". and a space to be our selves. My goal is to create a safe place to be able to process, reflect, and work through the difficult times. I was born in Kitwe, Zambia (Africa) and was raised in Johannesburg, South Africa. My family and I immigrated to the USA twenty 28 years ago. I have been married for 46 years and have three adult daughters, two son in laws and two beautiful grandchildren. I have my Master's of Science in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame de Namur University and previously graduated with a B.A. in Psychology at San Francisco State University. I am trained in EMDR and I have also completed Phase 1 Brainspotting. I volunteered at Rape Trauma Services for a year and a half and have a heart for those that haveexperienced trauma.
