I provide a safe space to build connection and relationship to explore therapeutic goals without judgement. I listen, offer perspective, and support clients in finding solutions to achieve their goals. Transparency, vulnerability, and empowerment are tools used to achieve success. I am uniquely qualified to work with first responder families with personal experience as a police officer spouse and volunteer work with spouses of first responders who live with PTSI (Post Traumatic Stress Injury). I have experience with school settings, individuals 6mos-80yrs old, and specialize in treating trauma, depression, and anxiety.
