Through a supportive client-centered approach I specialize in helping individuals who are experiencing anxiety, depression, anger, loneliness, parenting problems, self-esteem, unresolved trauma, grief and loss, abuse, and relationship difficulties. I work with children of all ages, teenagers, adults and families.
