I have spent the last 30 years working with individuals and families on a wide range of emotional issues from substance abuse to grief in providing psychotherapeutic support. My background as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) has made it possible for me to lend emotional know how around Depression, Anxiety, Addiction, Relationships and Life’s Challenges at any stage. I have also spent several years working as an EAP Counselor in navigating workplace issues. I realize that these are stressful times and getting the right kind of help is most important. My approach is simple, it’s walking with you through this difficult time. I am open to assisting you and your loved ones in creating positive solutions through individual, couples or family therapy.
