Aloha! My name is Charnay Gima. I am a licensed mental health counselor in Hawai'i with over 5 years of experience. I have worked with various clients with a wide range of concerns including depression, anxiety, dual diagnoses, bipolar, PTSD, substance abuse, and psychotic disorders. I've also helped many individuals who have experienced grief, self-esteem issues, and emotional abuse. I've worked with a wide range of clients from ages 6 to our wise population. I've worked predominately with dual diagnoses from depression, anxiety to DID and PTSD, even substance abuse.
