I believe in healing and wellness. Whether dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship conflict, transitions in life, loss or parenting issues, life challenges can take a toll on one's well-being. If you are feeling hopeless, struggling to let go, or simply need a place to heal. I feel honored to work with people of all ages who are struggling with depression, anxiety, trauma, self-image or loss. I believe everyone holds ability to grow and heal, and that my role is to help individuals find their own path toward a meaningful and fulfilled life.
