Welcome to Chasing Serenity! I’m Mavis Smith, PhD Candidate, and the proud owner and clinical supervisor of our group practice. As an Afro-Caribbean and NYU alumna, I bring a culturally attuned and relational approach to clinical supervision and client care. At Chasing Serenity, we provide remote therapy across New York, New Jersey, and Connecticut. Our licensed clinicians-LMSWs, LCSWs, and LMFTs-receive ongoing supervision and are deeply committed to supporting each client’s healing journey. We specialize in helping young adults and adults navigate anxiety, depression, attachment issues, and grief.
