My ideal client is someone who appears high-functioning on the outside but is carrying a heavy emotional load on the inside. They may be an adult who has spent years putting others first—whether as a caregiver, professional, or parent—and now finds themselves overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to prioritize their own needs. They often struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, or unresolved trauma—sometimes rooted in childhood, a recent loss, or a major life transition. They may feel stuck, burnt out, or emotionally exhausted, yet deeply desire peace, balance, and clarity. My ideal client is someone who is ready for change.
