Hi, I’m Chelene: sometimes challenging, sometimes teaching, always lovingly supporting your journey. Laughing, crying, swearing, and joking are all encouraged! I aim to create a relaxed, accepting, and safe space where you can show up exactly as you are (sweatpants encouraged!) and explore what’s going on beneath the surface. My first goal is to build a safe, trusting relationship in which we can discuss everything openly. Bring your strange, confusing or weird life stories and let your freak flag fly! In my office, you can say the things you’ve been holding in, there will be no judgment! I believe in long-term, consistent work to uncover the patterns shaping your life. Together, we’ll notice what’s working and what might get you into trouble! We will strengthen your positive patterns, explore the problematic ones, and learn and practice new skills to help you navigate difficult situations more easily and successfully!
