I always feel honored when a client invites me into their journey through the therapeutic process. Everyone has difficult experiences, some of which can shape them in ways they never wanted. I love walking alongside clients to help restore freedom and parts of themselves that they lost somewhere along the line. It is my privilege to watch clients leave behind things they no longer need—be that an unhealthy view of themselves, behavioral patterns that lead to inauthentic relationships, difficulty in handling emotions, or anything else that hinders clients from stepping into everything they want to become.
