My work blends mindfulness, somatic therapy, and Internal Family Systems (parts work) to help clients reconnect with themselves in a grounded, compassionate way. I am passionate about working with people who feel deeply, carry a strong inner critic, or feel pulled between big life choices and stuck with how to live into a life that feels more aligned.
