I love working with people who are searching for a deeper understanding of themselves- those who sense that their struggles with anxiety, disconnection, or relationships hold meaning. Many of my clients have felt “different,” unseen, or have carried trauma that shaped how they move through the world. Our work is about making sense of those experiences, finding compassion for the parts of self that had to adapt, and creating more authentic and connected ways of being—with yourself and with others.
