I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and a graduate of Huntington University. I have worked with individuals in a community counseling center and university setting. I have growing experience working with adolescents, teens, young adults, and adults. Specific areas of experience and interest include: anxiety, depression, trauma, family and relationship issues, eating concerns, and stress management. I am also able to offer counseling from a distinctly Christian perspective if desired, but I enjoy connecting with people from all faith backgrounds.
