The first steps to seeking out therapeutic support can feel challenging and/or uncomfortable. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, I focus on developing treatment that will be tailored to the needs of the individual with a strong emphasis on the rapport within the therapeutic relationship. I believe with a stronger understanding of our emotions and how they impact our behaviors, we can develop tools and skills to experience an overall happier and healthier life.
