To my autistic, highly sensitive, and ADHD adults, I see you. My clients struggle with the intersection of neurodivergence (ND), complex trauma, chronic illness, and burnout. We all need to belong, and it can feel so, so painful when these experiences isolate us from others—including our own selves. My sessions are structured with your dignity, healing, and unique complexity in mind, geared toward the ND and highly sensitive nervous system. Alongside the pain, we’ll laugh and share meaningful growth & healing milestones together. Gallows humor is also welcome—and so are your values, hopes, & joys, which I aim to help you reclaim.
