Welcome! I'm glad you're here. As a therapist I align with you to help you feel safe, heard, validated, seen and capable. I build strong rapport with my clients, in an effort to help them gain understanding and insight. My ideal client is someone struggling with their mental health and/or life transitions, who wants support to help them get to their next chapter of life. Some examples of these struggles include anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, grief/loss, relationship concerns, situational changes, divorce, OCD, and ADHD. I hope to help you get through some of your tough chapters and help you transform into who you want to be. As a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey and Virginia, I offer teletherapy for adult individuals and for couples seeking to strengthen their relationship. I offer a safe, non-judgmental space for you to process, heal, cope, learn and grow. We will take things one step at a time, and prioritize what is important to you.
