Choosing the right therapist is an important decision, and I’m here to walk with you every step of the way. I offer in-person and telehealth sessions, including some weekend availability. As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Registered Play Therapist, I work with individuals, couples, and families of all ages. Therapy is a powerful tool for self-growth, healing, and gaining insight in a safe, nonjudgmental space. My goal is to help you use your strengths to achieve your goals and become your best self.
