Does managing and working through life’s challenges feel impossible at times? Is it a challenge believing you're worthy? Maybe you are feeling stuck or stagnant and sense that you need a change, however are unsure just what that is. Past and current life experiences can shape thoughts and feeling about the self, impacts relationships with others, and influences future events in sometimes unhelpful, or even harmful ways.
