Hi there! I’m a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC) currently accepting new clients through Headway. I provide individual telehealth counseling for teens and adults, supporting those navigating anxiety, OCD, depression, relationship challenges, grief and loss, stress, and self-esteem concerns. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and grounded in real connection.
