Hello! I am a licensed clinical mental health counselor and a licensed clinical addictions specialist in the state of North Carolina. I am also a licensed professional counselor in the state of Colorado and South Carolina. I received my Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from East Carolina University and have been working in the field of mental health and substance use for over 8 years. I operate from a strengths-based and solutions-focused orientation. Our first session will focus on information gathering and getting to know one another. We will start with brief introductions before getting into the deeper questions about what is bringing you to therapy and what you would like to get out of it.
