Are you having a hard time figuring it all out? What you want, how to get there, or who you are? If you have big ideas that you’re having a hard time translating into daily life, you’ve come to the right place. I enjoy working with tweens, teens and young adults who want to address the barriers to getting where they want to be. This may mean building skills to manage anxiety, understanding depression, or exploring your identity and values deeply. I want to help people understand what has led them to where they currently are and use that to take them where they'd like to go next. I particularly enjoy being someone's first therapist!
