Starting therapy can be a difficult step towards meaningful change, new discoveries, and self-exploration. I work towards meeting each person where they are at on their journey. Every individual is unique, and it drives me to tailor each therapeutic experience to each person’s needs. I strive to create a safe, non-judgmental space where everyone feels empowered to share. Life can be difficult and working through challenges by yourself can feel overwhelming. A therapeutic relationship needs to feel comfortable and it is my goal to provide that for my clients.
