I graduated from Naropa University in May 2015 with my Master's degree in Transpersonal Counseling Psychology and Art Therapy. I work with children, teens, and adults in the areas of depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, grief, and self-esteem. I feel that the therapeutic relationship is a partnership, where together we will decide the pace, structure, and forms of expression that best suit the client's needs. I am primarily an art therapist who loves to help clients express themselves and their emotions in a healthy and safe way using art materials.
