Whether it’s a child adjusting to changes at home or school, a teen working through emotional pain, or a new mom finding her footing in motherhood, I believe in every person’s innate capacity to heal and grow. My approach blends warmth, curiosity, and evidence-based care to address anxiety, depression, trauma, and the impact of complex family relationships.
