As a licensed mental health counselor in both Washington and Arizona, I have over 25 years' experience helping adults and adolescents navigate life’s challenges and create meaningful change. My background includes coaching at the collegiate level, and I often bring those techniques into the counseling room-whether it’s helping you build resiliency, stay focused on goals, or recall skills you’ve learned to feel more confident in being uncomfortable. Because let’s face it, life is full of situations where we are uncomfortable. Learning how to move through the discomfort to make changes can be helpful in experiencing a sense of peace.
