I have worked in the mental health field for 10+ years and am passionate about working with adults with a history of trauma, grief, and loss, and or having challenges dealing with life transitions (ending relationships, new career, grief, etc.). I typically work with high-functioning clients, meaning, clients who on the outside look in have it all together, but they express that their inner world is "falling apart.".
