As a licensed mental health therapist, I provide personalized, compassionate therapy in a safe, judgement-free space where you can begin to heal and grow. My goal is to support your healing journey and help you build resilience, gain clarity, and navigate life’s transitions with confidence. My work is shaped by clinical training and life experience as a widow, single mom, and LGBTQ+ advocate. I support clients through grief, identity, dating, and relationships. I also work with athletes and performers facing pressure and perfectionism, inspired by my daughter’s journey as an elite athlete.
