I have been in the counseling field for 30 years and have been involved in the treatment of substance use disorders, trauma, PTSD, depression and anxiety. I have my own personal recovery experience and have worked in a diverse array of therapeutic settings. Other areas of experience include domestic violence, childhood and family issues, along with grief work. My style is very engaging and I am very open and honest with who ever is before me. I show compassion and respect to those who choose to work with me and in this difficult time I will be incorporating phone sessions to ensure safety for all.
