I'm passionate about coming alongside those with trauma both little t and big T. The folks whom connect most with my style are children, families and women. Overall I place a high value on treatment of the whole person; physical, mental, social and spiritual, hence "holistic" counseling. I would love to work in conjunction with your health provider team including, teachers, school counselors, psychiatrist or family doctor. My training is in (EMDR) eye movement desensitization and reprocessing, Internal family systems (IFS) parts work, and (CPP) Parent Child Psychotherapy which helps children 0-5 year and their caregivers. Also well versed in Cognitive behavioral therapy, attachment and, (faith based) counseling.
