I help clients to develop healthy coping skills, thriving interpersonal relationships & emotional resiliency through mental health, skill acquisition and education. I have an eclectic approach combining CBT, DBT, REBT and Art Therapy Techniques. I am a Licensed Counselor by New Jersey Board of Marriage and Family Therapy. I am a National Certified Counselor by the NBCC, and a Certified School Counselor by the NJDOE. I have over 6 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults.
