I am a Licensed Marriage Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience. I also have an additional certification for Drug & Alcohol Counseling and Life Coaching and work collaboratively with clients to help build on strengths rather than focusing on deficits. In our sessions, I work with you to develop healthy life skills using proactive therapeutic techniques via phone or Zoom formats enabling you can be in the comfort of your home during a session. I incorporate CBT, Positive Psychology and Solution Focus approaches to teach and encourage healthy communication, mood management strategies and develop effective life skills.
