I received my Master's of Social Work from the University of Montana in May of 2020 and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Licensed Addiction Counselor. I specialize in working with adults living with post traumatic stress disorder, depression, anxiety, grief, traumas, and substance use disorders. I have a background working in the VA medical system as an outpatient therapist on an interdisciplinary team. Some treatment options I utilize include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), strengths based, Acceptance Commitment Therapy (ACT), Motivational Interviewing (MI) and Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT).
