I believe the decision to search “find a therapist” requires incredible bravery and strength. I specialize in collaborating with young adult and adult populations and have extensive experience with college students. By working together, I’ve helped clients navigate unexpected life changes, feelings of grief and loss, anger, depression, anxiety, relationship issues, spiritual questions, identity exploration and trauma as well as the many other complex challenges that life can bring. My goal is to build a trusting and supportive relationship where we can explore your experience, your strengths and your motivation for change.
