Whether you are new to therapy or have been through this journey before, looking for someone to talk to can be stressful and intimidating. I focus strongly on the therapeutic relationship and connecting with each client in order to create a comfortable, supportive, and encouraging environment that facilitates growth. I provide individual therapy for adults dealing with a wide variety of concerns, but most commonly focus on: anxiety, life stressors/transitions, self-esteem, relationship problems, trauma, and depression. I tailor my modalities to each client, but some include Boundary Setting, Mindfulness, and Cognitive Reframing.
