You deserve to thrive! A listening ear is what many of us need with life's many stressors. I provide that listening ear via brief, focused, therapy and counseling. Everyone deserves to thrive, and your current circumstances do not define who you are, nor what you will become. The goal of counseling and therapy is to bring insight with work toward resolution of client identified problems. Be it grief and bereavement, family discord, or church or workplace stressors, by developing new coping skills and examining your personal perceptions, you will learn how balancing your mental and spiritual health brings healing.
