Counseling is a relationship between the client and counselor, working together to make positive changes to what may not be working in relationships and their daily lives. The goal of this relationship is to assess patterns of behavior and find new ways of interacting. I have over 10+ years experience with couples, families, and individuals in a therapeutic setting. I am currently doing EMDR therapy.
